Black scales, sharp blade!!! This is as simple as it gets here folks. I got this blade and popped off the scales to clean at the pivot. Put the scales back on, honed, selling.
If you are looking for a classic blade to add to your collection alongside your Livi and TZ, this is not the blade. However, if you want an affordable blade that will shave like a dream, and in 2 years when you want to get your buddy shaving, this is IT!!!
There are a couple of waterspots on one side, and one small ’spot’ on the other that I will buff out tonight. I will see if the waterspots will come out as well. The maker stamp is very light. This was one of the mass produced blades from the current era that the stamp is more like a stamp than an impression in the tang. Still a quality shaver. You can see the small spots in the pictures.
