Nice 5/8, quarter hollow, barber’s notch, engraved face razor set in some groovy bocote scales. The blade has been cleaned and polished with MAAS to bring backa natural patina. This blade has a nice patina without a mirror finish. More satin-esque. Beautiful engraving on the face. ‘Medium Size Hollow Ground’. The tang stamp is very legible, however as the tank gets closer to the pivot, it starts to fade. This was not reground by me.
Semi shotgun scales are bocote with poly over that. Scales have been carved to show some figuring and is duplicated on opposite side. Symetrical design and adds a better grip. Currently using microfasteners, however this will be re-fit with brass pins unless requested to keep the micros. Spacer is ABS plastic.
